Because many of our products are custom-made:
- Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
- Custom orders: 5–10 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time.

- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (FREE)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
Custom cases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
All personalized or custom-made products are final sale once production begins. Because each item is made specifically for you:
- No cancellations after 12 hours
- No design changes after approval
- No refunds for buyer's remorse
Exceptions apply only for verified manufacturing defects.
Non-Custom Products
Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and clear photos
We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:
- Contact the carrier first
- Then contact us for assistance
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Chargeback & Fraud Protection Policy
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, Throwback Cases may:
- Verify billing and shipping addresses
- Request additional identification for high-value orders
- Cancel suspicious transactions
Chargeback Abuse
Initiating a chargeback without contacting customer support first may result in:
- Permanent account ban
- Refusal of future orders
- Legal recovery of goods and associated costs
We maintain shipment records, tracking confirmations, and delivery documentation for dispute resolution.
