How does a custom case work?

You send us your list. We research the original spine design, recreate the look and feel, and compose it into a balanced stack layout designed specifically for your phone model.

Can I choose any albums or movies?

Yes. As long as they exist, we can design them.

Will my stack look exactly like the original cassette or VHS?

We recreate the authentic aesthetic, but designs are adjusted for layout, clarity, and print quality.

Can I see a preview before it ships?

For custom builds, proofs are available upon request before production.

What type of cases do you use?

We offer durable protective cases with impact-resistant outer shells and shock-absorbing inner liners. Matte and glossy finishes may be available depending on model.

Are your cases protective?

Yes. They are built for everyday protection while maintaining a slim profile.

Are materials eco-conscious?

We prioritize responsible production and are actively working toward more sustainable materials and packaging.

SHIPPING

How long does production take?

Custom cases typically take 3–7 business days to design and produce before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after production.
International: 7–21 business days depending on location.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Do you accept returns?

Because each custom case is made to order, we do not accept returns for design preference. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or printing issue, we will replace it.
