Thank you for shopping with Throwbackcases. Our phone cases are made to order and produced specifically for the design and device model selected at checkout.
Free U.S. Shipping
Throwbackcases offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders. No discount code is required.
Free shipping applies to eligible orders shipping within the United States. Any upgraded or expedited shipping option, if offered at checkout, may require an additional charge.
Made-to-Order Production Time
Our phone cases are made to order through trusted third-party production and fulfillment partners.
Most orders are produced and shipped within approximately 2–7 business days after the order is submitted for production. During holidays, high-volume periods, product shortages or unexpected production delays, fulfillment may take longer.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Estimated U.S. Delivery Time
After production is complete and your order ships, standard U.S. shipping generally takes approximately 2–8 business days, depending on the available shipping method, destination and carrier conditions.
These delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues and high-volume seasons may affect delivery timing.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout after your order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking information to begin updating after your shipping label is created. In some cases, carriers do not scan a package immediately at pickup, and tracking may update after the package reaches a sorting facility.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Throwbackcases is not responsible for delays, lost packages or returned shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us immediately at hello@throwbackcases.com. We will try to help before production or shipment begins, but address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to sender or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refused delivery or an issue outside of our control, please contact us.
Because products are made to order, additional production and shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is requested due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears delayed or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate it, please first check:

Your delivery area, mailbox or parcel locker

With household members or neighbors

With the shipping carrier using your tracking number
If your package is still missing, email hello@throwbackcases.com within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date with your order number and details of the issue.
Damaged Packages or Damaged Items
If your case arrives damaged or has a production issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@throwbackcases.com.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the item and the issue. Please also include a photo of the packaging if it appears damaged.
After review, we may issue a replacement or refund as appropriate under our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping
At this time, free shipping applies only to eligible U.S. orders.
If international shipping becomes available at checkout, international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. International delivery estimates may vary and may be longer than U.S. delivery estimates.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Throwbackcases works with third-party production and fulfillment partners to create and ship made-to-order products. This allows each case to be produced for the specific device model and design selected by the customer.
