Thank you for shopping with Throwbackcases. Each of our phone cases is made to order for the design and phone model selected at checkout. Because these products are produced specifically for each order, our return and exchange policy is different from that of a mass-produced retail store.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
All Throwbackcases phone cases are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Choosing the wrong phone model

Ordering the wrong size or device version

Changing your mind after purchase

Preferring a different design or color after your case has been produced

Accidental orders once production has begun
Please confirm your exact phone model before ordering. For example, iPhone Pro and iPhone Pro Max models are different sizes, and Samsung Galaxy S, S+ and Ultra models require different cases.

Custom and Personalized Cases
Custom, personalized, photo-upload and customer-designed phone cases are final sale once production begins.
Customers are responsible for reviewing submitted photos, spelling, names, initials, design requests, device model selections and any other custom details before approving or placing an order.
If Throwbackcases provides a proof for approval, production will begin only after the proof is approved. Once approved, changes, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved design.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We want your case to arrive looking the way it should. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. You do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically request it.
Minor differences in color between your screen and the printed product are not considered defects. Screen brightness, device settings and printing surfaces can slightly affect how colors appear in person.
Wrong Phone Model Selected
Each customer is responsible for selecting the correct phone model before checkout. Because each case is made for the model selected, we cannot replace, refund or exchange a case ordered for the wrong device.
If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email hello@throwbackcases.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may begin production shortly after they are placed.
To request a change or cancellation, email hello@throwbackcases.com immediately with your order number and requested change.
If the order has not entered production, we may be able to change or cancel it. Once production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled because it is already being made specifically for you.
Lost, Missing or Delayed Orders
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please first:

Check with household members or neighbors.

Check around your delivery location.

Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If your package is still missing, contact us at hello@throwbackcases.com within 30 days of the marked delivery date or estimated delivery date so we can review the situation.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at hello@throwbackcases.com. We will try to update the address before production or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
If an order is returned, lost or undeliverable because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of producing and shipping a replacement order.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow time for your bank, credit card company or payment provider to process and post the refund. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider.
