All of our custom cases are hand-designed in our Seattle studio — no templates, no AI shortcuts, no bullshit. Because each one is made just for you, we have to set a few healthy boundaries:

🪄 The Process

You choose your phone model and drop us your 14 favorite artists, songs, albums, or VHS titles — the icons that built your soundtrack.
We handcraft your stack, send you a preview, and get to work printing your masterpiece.

⏳ Revisions

You get two free revisions on your custom design before final approval.
Anything beyond that? We’re happy to tweak, but it’s $10 per additional edit.

💸 Refunds & Returns

Custom = made-to-order. That means we can’t offer refunds for change of mind, wrong device, or “just wanted something else.”
If something’s our fault — a print defect, color error, or damaged arrival — you’re covered by our Forever Flashback Guarantee.

⚡ Processing Times

• Standard processing: 7–10 business days

• Rush upgrade (48-hour print & ship): available for an additional fee
